Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup (60 mL) balsamic vinegar
    1/4 cup (60 mL) honey
    2 tbsp (30 mL) soy sauce
    2 tbsp (30 mL) canola oil
    3 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tsp (10 mL) minced ginger
    1/4 tsp salt
    8 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
    1 cup (250g) UNCLE BEN’S® WHOLEGRAIN BROWN RICE (20 MINUTES)
    1 green onions, sliced
    steamed broccoli, optional

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheet with foil. Stir balsamic vinegar with honey, soy sauce, oil, garlic, ginger and salt until combined. Toss chicken in mixture and marinate for 10 minutes.
  • Place chicken on prepared baking sheet. Bake, turning once, for 25 to 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
  • Meanwhile, cook rice without butter and salt according to package directions.
  • Serve chicken with rice. Garnish with sliced green onions and serve with steamed broccoli, if desired.
