Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 mL) UNCLE BEN’S® Spicy Wholegrain & Quinoa with Chili
    1 Cup (250 mL) Whole Milk
    ½ Cup (125 mL) Buttermilk
    1 Large egg
    ¼ Cup (75 mL) Honey
    ¼ Cup (75 mL) Unsweetened Cocoa

Directions

  • Preheat Oven to 350˚F .
  • Whisk together whole milk, buttermilk, egg, honey and cocoa until smooth.
  • Add UNCLE BEN’S® Spicy Wholegrain & Quinoa with Chili and mix well.
  • Pour rice mixture into a butter greased 8 inch baking dish.
  • Set baking dish into larger baking dish.
  • Pour boiling water into larger baking dish until the water reaches half way up the side of the smaller baking dish.
  • Place on the middle oven rack and bake for 30 minutes or until of pudding is set.
  • Remove from oven and water and place on rack to cool.
  • When cooled spoon into desired serving cups.
  • Garnish with whipped cream, assorted berries and shaved chocolate and pinch of cayenne pepper.
