There’s a good reason for quinoa inspiring this kind of devotion from its fans. Protein, fibre, antioxidants – you name it, quinoa’s got it. Having just recently found popularity in North America, this nutty little grain should be a meal staple for many years to come.
Quinoa is another example of a whole grain. Whole grains are grains sold without any processing or nutrient removal.
